The Cat's Pyjamas is Jodie's second fabric collection for Ella Blue Fabrics - and follows the popular Backyard Circus collection. Jodie wears many hats including school librarian, toy maker, toy pattern designer (more than 50 toy patterns are available from Jodie's online pattern store), blogger, social media enthusiast, and fabric designer. Jodie is the Cat's Pyjamas!
The Cat's Pyjamas is a reflection of Jodie's colorful and fun personality. Having had the pleasure of meeting Jodie in person I can tell you that she is kind-hearted, genuine and without any illusions or pretensions. If you are a cat person then this collection is for you! Jodie's cats - Jude and Eloise - feature in this collection.
Not pictured in the above photos but part of the collection is the Kitty & Milo fabric panel (complete with dressing gown!) ready to cut and sew and available in two colorways. I love that Jodie has stayed true to her love for toys, and I envision that there will be many toys, as well as children's clothing, pillows, pyjamas, accessories, and of course quilts, made with this collection.
