I was doing a liberty hexie EPP Project and only recently converted it to hand piecing at the hexies kept coming apart. I tried two different needles and three different types of thread. I even youtubed how to sew them - still kept happening. I saw Sue Daley does some type of 'knicker knot' but by that stage I'd started my conversion to Hand piecing. I just bought some new soft pastel fat quarters from Alice Caroline UK. Great service, fast shipping to Australia. I was wondering which glue stick you have been using and if you are satisfied with it.

I spent some time a few years ago doing EPP and liked the results, but found it hard on my hands. The comfort probably varies with different types of cottons. Would I be correct in assuming that the Liberty fabrics would be easier?
