Bobbie Lou's Fabric Factory is an online fabric store owned and managed by Chelsea Graham. The store is inspired by and named after Chelsea's grandmother, Bobbie Lou. Bobbie Lou was an amazing seamstress and spent most of her free time sewing clothes, dolls, and other beautiful items for her daughters and grandchildren. This is where it began for Chelsea; love for fabric and handmade items was instilled at an early age and it goes without saying then that at Bobbie Lou's you'll find a great range of modern and designer fabrics.
