My Space

I have just started a new project and have enjoyed pulling fabrics from my stash and cutting 4 inch squares.

These fabrics represent a large proportion of my favorite fabrics. Bright, strong colors and often just a simple design printed on the fabric is what appeals the most.

Here is a picture of my work space, and what it looks like today.

I am busy cutting, sewing, ironing, trimming and working on the layout on the design floor. The quilt layout is still in the planning stages in my head, and unfolding slowly before my eyes. I am just sitting back enjoying the piecing and watching it develop.

Another good sewing day coming up.

Where do you get your linen fabrics from? I've been trying to get some online, but everyone seems to be out of stock.
